When terrorists arrested, they jailed them and tried to nurse them back. Why don't they treat them as 'drug' traffickers and handed them the "Death" sentence......... Think about a society where everyone walks around with a M16 or AK47. Terrorists will think twice about launching any attacks, bcuz the cowards want to live, they do run away as well. But the laws will have to change, so that the vast majority of good people will not be victimized, nor can anyone go attack someone else except in self-defence. Everyone knows dropping bombs in Syria or Iraq is not going to help when ISIL can brain wash your own citizens with radical thinkings via the Internet or other means.
