Anyone had to wear shorts in sec 4?

Envied those sch wear shorts for 4 years. We wore long pants and it was super hot especially in afternoons.

I wore shorts for 4 years. Go JC first few days also shorts. I liked it. More suitable for Singapore's weather especially for those that liked to go for soccer/basketball after school. But the principal did make the design of the shorts longer so that it covers up to our knees. Not like the Primary school kind.

Never got to sec 4. After PSLE come out and work, can wear long pants liao.  Don't know what's like to wear shorts in sec.4

Sec school like catholic high have Bermuda as uniform for all 4 years. I think is very suitable for Singapore weather.

Only students from the more ATAS schools get to wear shorts for 4 years, e.g. Catholic High, Chinese High, River Valley High.

Pribary school no uniform

Sec school had summer uniform and winder uniform

 

Summer was cotton drill shorts and shirts

Winter was I  dunno what material shorts with long sleeve shirt and woolen sweater

 

Winters was cold - normally 1 or 2 degrees waiting for bus - many wore track pants and then took off when reach school

Nothing to do with good school or not la. It just happens that it has been that way and the school never change their uniforms. Most of the schools that have shorts till sec 4 are the older schools.
