My experience for Airport passengers - Normally thy are less cancellation due to most of them wanted to go home ASAP unless those who book first say the time is now 1.00pm & thy book 2.00pm ride, ( i can sense thy are having lunch or last minute shopping at Terminal.

 

For air port staff who work at airport will ask :" Any share rider ? " means thy are regular rider, normal passengers don't ask too much Qs, their answer wild be " No luggage " this help save driver coming out to open boot. " save time.

 

When I ferry rider/s from home to T1/2/3/4, My usual Qs is " Pls cfm 1/2 pax, luggage ? ", for holiday maker, their reply wld be: " yes, 2 pax cfm, 2 medium luggage and I hand carry. "

   This is what i will do if rider cancelled my ride after I have ask for confirmation, if thy just cancel without giving grandmother story, I will rate them poorly and state my reason why so, this way, thy sure kenna porky story fm me de.

 

   I did one today for this guy ( 2 pax ) from T2 to CCK, waited 10 mins no reply, then suddenly cancelled w/o reason, 8 mins later he rebook again ( jus becoz he wanted to spent another 10 mins @T2 ). I was damned and decide to report him.

oh yes, my uncle encountered that last month. He was pissed but also curious at the same time. Cos his hitcher was a "regular" and rarely never not reply to his messages.

its a normal car with insurance but can only be on the road during off peak.
