Wonder if in future when gps erp is up, will OCR properties prices be affected jialat jialat. This is assuming if erp gps starts charging the moment leave house till reach office near town or one frequent central area. Moderator, pardon me if I post in wrong category.

Different roads different prices I guess.

But to be safe, better live somewhere in close proximity to work place, OCR or otherwise.

Actually this phenomenon is already somewhat obvious. If you drive up to OCR, many cars are parked up to several stories, with provision for even more lots.

Nearer city centre tends to be only single level and not so many floors? If not near food centre, usually can still find vacant lots?

Kinda of true. But till now no one knows how the gps would work. Garment only commented that its focusing on congested roads, but many of us think otherwise. Why would they continue to allow number of coe to climb if they kept emphasizing on public transport and carlite society?
