Keei 2nd Gear July 12, 2016 Share July 12, 2016 Its very simple really. She is doing something she has no conviction in. To put it very simply: Its like your boss has a vision for a grand project but you know it will fail and you are tasked to head the project. What are you going to do? Pretend your boss has a wonderful idea and go full force? Tell him he is idiot and he is wasting company time and resources? Or give the job to someone else who is so stupid he really thinks it will work? Well, she's not 100% remain per say. http://www.msn.com/en-sg/news/world/in-thatchers-footsteps-theresa-may-britains-brexit-pm/ar-BBucLzu?li=AAaGkVj&ocid=spartandhp She "was officially -- but unenthusiastically -- in favour of Britain staying in the European Union." Silver_blade Turbocharged July 12, 2016 Share July 12, 2016 What a change in between the UK and EU. The UK seems to recover a little and her future looks more certain with the announcement of a new PM while EU is a little of a mess with some anti-EU parties trying to grab power, some heads are being asked to quit, etc.
Kopites Supersonic July 12, 2016 Share July 12, 2016 Wah so she cannot make up he mind. Come to think of it, ah may has not nothing to lose. If she can clean up the shit than she will be worshipped like magarat thacher. Is she fail likely public won't crucify her. Anger instead will be directed at BJ and company. Silver_blade Turbocharged July 12, 2016 Share July 12, 2016 Boris Johnson didn't have much of a choice but to quit, knowing that his supporters within the party will be split between Michael Gove and him. Michael Gove really made a bad move. He could have been the next deputy PM if Boris become the PM. The tac-team was getting a lot of supports shortly after the Brexit victory. Italian banks are in trouble with some bad debts that possibly will never ever been recovered. Spain and Portugal are running an excessive budget deflicit (and it seems it will continue to get worse cos both do not have proper plan to get themselves out of it) and may be fined by EU. EU exit, short term market volatile, but long term wise, it would be a good choice. It also depends on the UK leader, whether they had leader like tharman, lky. If they had these quality leader, then uk would be in good hands. If their leader are like mbt, good luck to UK. Silver_blade Turbocharged July 13, 2016 Share July 13, 2016 Actually UK still have good politicians but not sure they can connect with newer generation of voters who will not want to get out of their comfort zone + asking for more freebies. Just look at what happened with Brexit....some are already suffering from depression...thinking it is the end of world, etc.
