Mr Muscle Oven Cleaner is great for inside ovens.

Haven't tried it on a cooker hood yet but I think it could make the cleaning of the removable filters very easy.

Any cleaner with a bleach is a mold and mildew remover.

I use Clorox Cleaner + Bleach.

You can mix yourself cleaner + bleach, but's a bit leceh, that's all.

On this topic.. How cleaning toilet bowl stains?

Used home remedy like baking soda and even coke, didn't work.

Mr muscle and the the duck thingy also failed.

Only thing that worked back then was the sheet of fine sandpaper and few hours of back breaking sweating....

Now it returns... Any suggestion?

Best for mould, toilet stains, urine stains, lime buildup is this stain remover in a big brown bottle from ntuc/SS. It is a diluted acid, apply onto the surface to be cleaned and leave for 5mins to half an hour. Scrub and rinse off. Damn power!

The maid we had before the one before the one we have now was really keen on cleaning stuff.  Just could't help herself cleaning things

She cleaned one of the toilet bowls with a toilet brush such that no bristles left on the brush, the dense plastic which held the bristles on the brush was worn down to the wooden handle and the ceramic finish on most of the bowl had been totally removed.

All in one afternoon.

I asked her why she had done this and she said 'I just couldn't help myself, I wanted it clean'.

Very nice person she was with us for 6 years.

Draconian method - kitchen Cif

my sister's helper can remove virtually any toilet/kitchen stain with this.

yeah Bleach works.

But i usually don't try to clean these grouting/sealant stuff too clean. Their main purpose is to keep things out lol, not to be clean.

My undermounted kitchen sink seal with my countertop has a lot of these stuff.
