Just going in to JB and back same day. In jb i think not much control on there.. but in sg, i think every pax in the car supposed to belt up. So if anyone has no belt, means overload liao. You will be amazed by LTA's stupidity. My car has 5 seat belts, but passenger capacity is 4 as stated in log card. Check your vehicle log card (or the modern equi).
