For grounding job, they even gave me complimentary ticket for car parking.. Yes, they are slow in replying msg and abit pushy for their products and they open only at around 11am.. Yes, indeed they are pushy. Went to do aircon servicing once over there. came back they told me one radiator fan spoil. Ask me to change. I told them no because the radiator fan just installed not more than 6 months. So the installer can fix it back.
