Toyota prius servicing

i'd think any workshop will do.

you need to find out what oil change/oil spec; at what interval.

read the manual.

and then inform w/s accordingly.

the usual thing to change is engine oil, transmission oil, oil filter, air filter.

if it comes to the hybrid electical/electronics parts, I doubt there's any maintenance to do, but read the manual.

Find any Prius with Uber, they will know which WS.

I send my Axio hybrid (from Uber/LCR) to Vermogen.

Don't think they do anything special, other than change engine oil.

In fact, I wouldn't recommend them.

I ask for a change of rear suspension bcuz it was bouncy, but they say no oil leak, no change.

Yeah right, if it's a gas strut, wait for oil leak.

Hybrid maintenance should be about the same as normal car, or maybe simpler.

Since the electrical part doesn't need any maintenance, other than, breakdown, change parts.

How is FC?

To me i think need those Computer to read and diagnose more then just change oil

I've seen this name mentioned - they're a subsidiary of a PI and seem to specialize in hybrid servicing:

http://www.hevshop.com/

Saw this on FB too.. seem very pro can change the faulty battery.

I am not hybird owner just kapo.

Fc can be fantastic. Average it can do anything from 20~28km/L depends on how heavy footed you are.

Nobody change the battery as a maintenance servicing. Only when it's dead or not working well.

When I watched the dashboard display, it alternates between engine and battery driving the wheel.

If you're accelerating, it's the engine. Only when cruising or low load, then the battery is driving the wheels.

And the battery is always being charged, either by the engine or by wheel braking or car slowing down.

I use obdii reader to read fault codes, only when there's fault.

Again, no one use this for regular servicing.

Maybe to show and impress you.

anyone know where can i bring prius hybrid for servicing, dont intend to continue maintenance with broneo motor

If you really need a name, you can try Autosaver.

There's a new branch at Marsiling.

They used to service for Uber fleet and that include lots of Prius.
