Anyone else here trims their nostril hair?

I am someone who gets incredibly disturbed and distracted if I see another person (male/female) having nostril hair sticking out while I am talkimg to them face to face.

So I myself will make sure I do not have these hair visible from my nostrils.

Used to secretly "borrowed"  my wife's eyebrow plucker to pluck those stray nose hairs. Never fail to bring wetness to the eyes with every plucking.  :D

Then I also secretly "borrowed" my wife's eyebrow scissors to try trim the nostril hairs. Much better but takes abit of dexterity to get the angle right for the snip.

And then I found this:

Just stick it into the nostril and move it around the walls, quick 1 minute job can last me a month.....  :D

lol u really made a thread for it.

I'm not a hairy person, so i make do with pulling.

But yeah i know what you mean. I don't get distracted, but i definitely notice it. Just part of our job to pick out small details.

Maybe earlier. When it comes, it comes. [laugh] [laugh]

ha ha ha... i agree completely.

it's started to happen to me in the last few years. Had to ask wife to use scissors to help me cut once in a while.

Then i also came across nose hair trimmer. Found a cheap cheap one from qoo10. Bought 2, one for my father, whose nose hair is... si bey a lot...  [laugh]

Just need to reach the right age... and they will come calling, probably cos they stopped growing on the (big) head?  :XD:

actually quite an interesting phenomenon.

Considering u don't get more hair on your head, armpit or groin or even arms and legs as you age. Why suddenly more hair in your nose.

The air doesn't really change mah.

Maybe the mucus membranes are getting less wet in the nose, and the body compensates with more hair as filtration at the nose?  [laugh]

You should go and find a colleague who specialises in ... what specialty is this huh? hair growth... have or not?

Then ask why got this phenomenal? But actually i could be wrong. my father is 83, but his hair never decrease leh, unlike some of my own friends... long time no see, then during gathering find their hairline receded... For my father, only the hair colour changed to full white.

Why not change the title to "Man-scapping"?

Covers anything from facial hair to body hair to hair don't see the sun. LoL....

More things to cover.

I also use the same panasonic model nose trimmer. I also have Braun hair trimmer as I keep short hair. Length of hair is easily adjustable. Another is a travel size facial shaver also from panasonic.

I share what I know. When it comes to shaving must use soap whether you are using blade or shaver. Or else it's very dry on the skin and risk cutting yourself. Yes, shaver does cut into your skin too. After wash, apply after shave balm or moisturizer to prevent dry skin and acne. I use the Nivea Men after shave balm.

For me I am average hairy. Got body hair around tummy and connected to groin area. Need occasional trimming. Using the travel shaver which has a side burn trimmer. The side burn trimmer is good for trimming body hair.

For man-scapping in the nether region it's good to start with a pair of regular hair scissors to trim down longer hair first. Dan use the side burn trimmer to do man-scapping.

Important to apply soap where you want to trim. Apply after shave balm on skin. And don't cut yourself. LoL...
