That's why I said that the left hand don't talk to the right hand. Why have a specialist division and yet still have different sets of content? End up give rise to so much redundancy and overheads - for what sia?

If you know the structure of SPH, it's basically all like that one. Newspaper is one division, magazines is one division, online is one division, all separately run and virtually independent of each other. Very few overlaps.

Don't ask me why like that, it just is. It's not ideal for sure but that's how they run.

SGCM is a subsidiary of SPH only. The main SPH 'mother' has very little involvement with the running of SGCM from what I understand. So in a sense SGCM is still an independent company of sorts that's simply owned by SPH.

I equate it to Geely owning Volvo. While the Chinese are the 'bosses', they mostly left the Swedes to do their own thing.

I suppose you are not paid to say this hahaha. Then you got 1 vote.

where is Honda Vezel and Toyota Harrier?

Best seller doesn't mean car of the year.

How about the car of the year 2017 for MCF here? [laugh]

I vote that Harrier as MCF SUV of the Year, the driver says 0-100 in 6s with Sports Mode.

The 1.4 Audi A3 as MCF Compact Sedan of the Year; the driver says 0-100 in less than 7s in Sports Mode iirc.

The 1.0 Opel Astra (Wagon I think) as MCF Wagon of the Year; driver says can chiet Forester Turbo and most other 2.0 cars.

In my opinion, Year 2017 car of the year should be.

A3 and Opel Astra are 2 outstanding cars in that price range if you don't want to look at history, Singapore trends, resale value, extra but purely value for money on car alone.  :a-good:

Kaisu cars will be typically the Japanese below $100K range. Alternatively, the 2 Korean cars will get more features for the same price range.

I have a problem

Aren't both separate cars?

That means you cannot choose both at the same time....can only choose A3 or Astra.

Oh wait, one is sedan (coty) and one is Hb/wgn
