Turbocharged

Quite good. My dadâs previous car was using the same brand. I changed to infratint cos the previous solar film I was using was quite lousy as the rear film became blur after 2 years.

Infratint I think have many grade. In my old forester they also give infratint, put like machiam never put, the film is a waste of material. Many forester folk and up redo or overlay another film.

The current skoda comes with vkool which i felt was much better. Dunno what grade but still better than the infratint. Maybe also cos Forster windows bigger so heat up faster...

Happy with my vkool for now

Heard there will be plug in hybrid version but sg will only get 1.8L lol

as long as Honda Accord with the 2.0T from the Civic Type R dont come into the SG market, the superb should sell well.

This facelift is what the 3rd gen Superb supposed to be when Skoda launched it in 2015. The current (pre-facelift) model look too busy with unnecessary line, and slimmer grille + relatively thin LED taillight make it look less grand than what a flagship model should be.

1) New grille (wider and with thicker frame)

2) New LED headlight (instead of HID)

3) Redesigned bumper (with less prism-like lines)

4) New LED foglight (previously using old school yellow bulb)

5) Redesign lower lip and mesh (doing away with block structure)

6) Newly added metal emblem (don't look like signal to me)

7) New Skoda wording (instead of logo) + new chrome stripe running across the boot lid

8) Redesign LED taillight with matrix signal lighting

9) Chromed and enlarged opening for exhaust tip (previously hidden)

10) Redesign rear bumper (lower lip area)

Looking forward to the official introduction (in Europe) on 23 May.  :want:

Well depend on how agent trim the car to make it "sellable" and PROFITABLE for them.. 6 and 9 is not something new. if not wrong their current sportline model do have it.

For me I would see how much they are selling compare to the current.. if the premium is alot (more than $10k) then i get the current.. I don like too many "advanced" features like LED this and that which I don't see or benefit (only get my wallet lighter) when i driving..

Honestly i still prefer a yellow bulb which make it so easy and cheap to change when they failed.

isn't Skoda flagship the Kodiaq?

or

RS245:)

I always thought it was the superb. Rs245 is just a souped up mid size sedan.

think so far most brand use their large size sedan as flagship.. Audi A8, Mercs, S-Class, BM 7 Series, Volvo S90, Lexus LS, etc... all do have large SUV though..

The adjacent teaser video announces a new member of the lineup – Scout – which will take after the Octavia Scout by featuring a rugged body with more plastic cladding and quite possibly standard all-wheel drive. Joining the Karoq Scout and Kodiaq Scout, the new Superb Scout will also have some interior changes to denote its adventurous side similar to the Passat Alltrack.

Can't wait for this, a 5 seater suv!
