Do compare price. I find challengers price quite competitive. I always squeeze for extra ram foc.

Happy shopping! :)

Really depends on ur needs / useage / budget of e lappy.

go to hwz 'tech show portal' and chk out e brochures n price (full set likely will b up on wed, if not latest thur)

most of e stuff/brochure there but u still need to do down to chk out e 'special deals' and 'discounts', although hwz do highlight some in their writeup.

my 2¢

I notice that the mall retail shops will offer the same prices during such events so if I go itz more for bargains such as hourly discounts or small freebies offered. Plus of course lots more to see and browse. The crowd is scary though.

I go on first two days to avoid crowd but the real bargains can be had on the last day last hours etc.... if you can stand the crowd.

I might consider getting a Surface Pro if the price is right... Need a proper Windows 10 machine with Office 365 to use the latest bells and whistles on Excel... Sigh...

yesterday i saw some interesting laptop models at Challenger. i5 processor, 1TB HDD, 8GB RAM, 2GB GeForce, around 1.4kg, for $799...

if Sitex can drop the price for such specs, then can consider...

Shopping by me. Laptop used by the laobu.

I believe its simple office suite usage + some surfing and light gaming.

Will shop around for bestest value, while trying to get the longest onsite warranty i can.

Take a look at the HP X360 too

Should I buy a desktop or laptop?

Workstation. Because YOLO

are you a gamer? if hardcore gaming then desktop. if not then laptop is better as it is more mobile, and nowadays good prices for the specs.
