Rather easy to make it a larger scale commercial.. build some cubicles, pump hot water and mix it together with the spring water.

Then charge for usage..

Why spend the money redevelop it?

The outcome will be something very fake.

 

I still prefer it is left in it's original condition. What is really needed there is not re-development, but parking space.

It's at the edge of the airbase, some parking lots can be carve out without affecting the base security.
