KULAI, Johor: The two Singaporeans reported missing in Johor's Gunung Pulai forest reserve since Monday have been found.

They over confident?

Johor police chief Mohd Khalil Kader Mohd had said in a media briefing on Wednesday that it had never taken this long to find anyone reported missing in the Gunung Pulai Forest Reserve.

The pair could have lost their way because they went off-track and did not use a route usually taken by climbers, he said.

Gunung Pulai itself is relatively easy mountain with tarmac road to the peak .. they probably wondered into the jungle by themselves, and got lost and exhausted.

Public road???

Twincharged

I don’t like going to jungles :(

go anywhere also can... but for pete's sake, stay on track (and stay with the group if you are travelling with one.)

having read most of these adults getting lost reports, just goes to show bad things happen when adults don't follow the rules ... then resources have to be spent on helping to find them.

one is there just to enjoy the scenery and have a break ... i don't see a need to take risks by doing what is not done normally.

many ppl have climb many mountains and trekked many jungles ... why they don't encounter problem leh ? coz they follow protocol.

then ... there is this group who like to imagine that they are actually experienced explorers.
