The details of the March 2018 first open bidding exercise for Certificates of Entitlement (COEs) are as follows:

 

Tender opens: Monday, 5 March 2018, 12 noon

Tender closes: Wednesday, 7 March 2018, 4.00 pm

Tender results: Wednesday, 7 March 2018 (Available on the www.onemotoring.com.sg website)

 

The total quota available for this tender is 4,316 for the following vehicle categories:

 

NON-TRANSFERABLE CATEGORIES:

Category A: Cars (up to 1600cc & 97kW (130bhp)) => 1,580

Category B: Cars (above 1600cc or 97kW (130bhp)) => 1,390

Category D: Motorcycles => 528

 

TRANSFERABLE CATEGORIES:

Category C: Goods Vehicles and Buses => 247

Category E: Open Category => 571

 

During the bidding exercise, bidders can check on the status of their bids and revise their reserve price using these banks’ services or the LTA Open Bidding website (https://ocoe.lta.gov.sg).

Renewed my coe at $39247......hope it is worth it...... Cat a up up and away! Cat B should stay same price as last....

How much did you forfeit your PARF?

6k something.......made in malaysia car, manual. Parts and labour for them is cheap over there. Did a top overhaul last jan....$400++ only. If parf was still at 13k i would have scrap and buy a bike instead.

Borneo Motors is offering $6k OT on their Harrier on top of the reduced list price after the last COE drop. Price start from $144,988. 1 yr servicing and 5 yrs warranty.

So I don't think Cat B COE will be strong.

I visited couple of salesroom just now.

 

Crowd crowd crowd. Honda, Hyundai, Kia, Mitsubishi, Subaru…full of crowd!

 

My guess cat A up; cat b up probably slightly higher than 40k.
