Sometimes I see sales so feel like buying but got no immediate use... i avoiding putting those silica gel in the shoe box as it might get to dry and the mid-sole might crack etc. i use those dehumidifier from daiso and put around my shoe boxes, once in awhile just open the shoe box and air.
