I like it though I've only owned 1 pair before.

Lightweight and non slip. But the rubber grip deteriorated fast.

You can buy just the rubber grips to replace.

I've changed it a few times already. I find that they deteriorate faster if you don't use them often.

Nowadays, I just use them as my running specs since they are non slip.

Where to get the replacement?

Can get the replacement parts from Oakley Singapore at 1 Temasek Ave, #13-01, Millenia Tower.

Optical shops no longer carry rubber grips for my A-Wire frame, so I had to go to Oakley Office to purchase a set (including the nose pads). Comes with free labour to change the parts and cleaning.

Its so easy to change the parts and clean the glasses that the "free labour" is merely a gimmick in my opinion.

Had many pairs over the years.

The first pair was probably around late 80s

It was a pair of Frogskins.

Snapped that one and moved on to Wayfarers which are a lot tougher.

Still have my Wayfarers from 1990

I like classic shades so i usually pick the classic designs.

For sports , i have two pairs of Holbrooks and a Frogskin

For leisure, i have two Wayfarers and an Aviator

Not crazy over the look of Sunglasses , more for eye protection
