    The points of the user determines the rank. The higher the points, the higher the rank.

Some calisthenics at the park fitness corner, after a recovery run. Pull up, side bar dip, L sit and squats.

At home, abs roller and bar bell row.

 

 

Try adding some half squat jumps + isometric holds after at the end of the workout. Probably 15x jumps + 30 seconds hold should be a good start. Will take fair amount of effort!
