Fatt ge, you're 100% right on swimming being best as a low impact exercise.

But I feel that to have maximum impact, you should swim front crawl ie freestyle but I know

alot of us social swimmers including myself can't do this well and end up swimming

breast stroke which is ok but not so rigorous if you want a proper workout,

very unfortunate as front crawl is a more difficult stroke to master.

Just within the unhealthy vicinity [sweatdrop]

Can use online BMI calculator?

Can chek for wheel alignment...?

bro just calculate your TDEE (total daily energy expenditure). go to IIFYM (if it fits your macros)

http://iifym.com/iifym-calculator/

key in the details -> key in whether you want to lose weight or bulk up.

key in the macros into something like myfitnesspal

log your food consumption daily and make sure you dont exceed your macros.

(i've been doing this for a year so far. from 18% body fat, managed to drop to 11%, after that started eat more to put on more muscle mass. currently at 60kg for 170cm with 14% bodyfat)
