Looking at the revenue from the last bidding exercise, the $136 mil collected is the lowest since Feb 2015, and even if we assume that there is an additional $20 mil collected from VES every month, the total figure is still >20% lesser than the average COE revenue collected (per bidding) in 2016 & 2017. Sustainable?

The total quota available for this tender is 4,189 for the following vehicle categories:
Category A: Cars (up to 1600cc & 97kW (130bhp)) => 1,434
Category B: Cars (above 1600cc or 97kW (130bhp)) => 1,283
Category D: Motorcycles => 529
Category C: Goods Vehicles and Buses => 385
Category E: Open Category => 558
