I think it might creep up say $1k for the car categories?

Reason is I think there are quite a few bookings before the full VES kicks in next month.

I agree, this is probably the time for dealer to get the coe so that car can be registered within June before the VES kicks in July.  The next bidding ends 20 June and will be rather tight to register a car within 10 days.

Yeah, agree.  The PHC unloading would satisfy some demand leading to the COE not moving up too much.    It looks like it'd stay this way till some moving news come along.

If i booked a car with AD, can I see how much the AD bid for my car?

I tried to check through the onemotoring website using individual IC number, but no record found?

Normally AD will book last few hours before COE bidding end. You can check the bidding this Wednesday 3.45pm.

This month hard to gauge. Looking at showroom sales can't tell as dealers may pre-register their showroom and test car affected by the VES as management units next month

The higher end cars slapped with $20K VES under Band C in July have good incentive to buy now too. Rich folks also like to have savings.

There's a 15 km Harrier registered in July 2017,probably to escape ves 1st phrase. It's still on sale at 133,888 on SG car mart. Supports your theory no doubt. Maybe the same promotion was run by Volvo recently for the S60 to meet July dateline.
