If other guest booked hotel that day, all got to cancel and refund or rebook them to other hotel Lao. Confirmed guarantee chop no guest are allowed near them. SPF, army, navy and airforce will be super busy also. That day traffic sure will be affected. Plus traffic will be jam on that day Lao..
