12 Thai boys and their football coach went missing in cave

They are trapped rather than lost in the caves. When they went in, all was good, no rain. After they went in, rain heavily, the way they came in most likely submerged with water. Some report said water can be 4-5metres deep (diving pool depth) at certain area. So imagine even if you are at higher ground, you're still trapped. No food, no water, no light, minimal oxygen, you're in your pre-teens, not even sure if ppl outside are looking for you. I cannot imagine the terrifying experience they are having right now.

Because of all the noise

It may keep the boys spirits up

Because boys know people looking for them from all the noise

I hope the boys could stay strong to wait for the rescuers to reach them and pray for their safe return to their families.

Will the boys be alive after so many days?

I hope they have enough water to tide them these few days at least.

i dun think water is much of a concern in a cave.

Stale water with all the bacteria inside can kill them if they drink it raw.

If there is no injury of any kind, with an able body, sld last them 7-14 days without food and water.  I am more concern of their mental status now, likely their mind would have started playing games with them by now.

Total darkness can be very damaging to the mind i think, the older boys mayb able to take it better, those 10-11 yrs old younger boys are really worrying.  -_-  [:(]

13 is a big grp to control, i hope the coach is strong enough both physically and mentally to hold the boys together until rescued.

Realistically speaking, the chances of no deaths are slim. I think everyone knows that.

The only good thing is that they are not trapped alone or in very small groups.

患难见真情, those that leave the place alive together would be real BFF!!!

Question is how many will there be. Sad but realistic truth.  [:/]  [:(]

In the cold environment, probably no sleep, stress, all the worst possible combinations.. the body need lotsa calories, no food so many days... It's really not optimistic.

Really pity the families

The missing team. Sincerely hope that they can be given a chance to take another group photos alive, very very soon.  [grouphug]  [grouphug]

Not sure if we got any unit that is trained or equipped for cave diving. It's very specialised.

that the reason why the AM help out as these situations would help them hone their skills

and good for PR

hope the kids be saved
