the only thing replace is shell oil ( now offer 30+ 4L) oil filter ,drain plug washer.

the rest is just check inspect top up ( actually nothing to top up at all )

Totally not worth it. But packages are where they get the profits from. Many people buy it for peace of mind. That shell oil in drums cost them how much only? Somemore they buy the oil in bulk. Inspect is nothing one. Shine a light, check check see see. 5 seconds is all that is needed.

Plus, the SAs like to upsell useless stuff like engine flush n quietly tick for u when bring in for service. Even simple service item like tyre rotation is not included in the service package n is separately chargable. Hv to opt-out otherwise kena charge if u dun object. That's really the last straw...

After warranty,l won't go agent.

Last time my kia only 3yrs warranty unlike now is 5yrs.

-They are slow and inefficient.

-Got to wait very long.waste of time.

-Can't even see what they do.
