However, there are also many elderly selling tissue paper and they do need a license. I believe its $120/yr?

Even if cyclist are not making an income peddling their bicycles, the licensing is targeted towards the aim of accountability as oppose to a form of income taxation.

If not 120, $60 is still fine should it be enough to cover the administrative cost.

On Wednesday morning, as we drove slowly during the rain with the heavy traffic along Ang Mo Kio Avenue 10, an Indian-looking cyclist decided to cycle in zig-zag manner among the motorised vehicles. No idea if he came straight from a 3rd world country.

Once I saw the traffic lights were red but the cyclist thinks traffic lights dont apply to him so he just went ahead. They demand rights but traffic rules dont apply to them.

My estate has many PRC grannies letting their grandchildren walk and run all over the service roads.
