Had lunch at Free The Robot cafe (Telok Ayer), pretty nice chill cafe vibes and the steak sandwich is not bad! Their signature bottled coffee is really good, had the vanilla latte, really smooth, creamy and yet strong  [;)]  [:p]  [laugh]

why you add sauce for a good meat? :o

last night I pan grilled 2 pieces of sirloin and 2 pieces of ribeye, only himalaya salt and grounded black pepper, good enough. Even when my wife asked the kids they need any sauce, they all scream no.....

any side dish just eat separately.

That sauce is just an enhancement, else too dry.

I still pan fried the steak only.

Anyway, I have added much less sauce compared to last year. Learnt some lessons.

Even the side dish is reducing.
