Z33 1st Gear May 16, 2019 Share May 16, 2019 I'm also considering the Mclaren given how steep the depreciation of these cars have been. It's unfortunate I suppose they are not as popular as the usual suspects locally. My only fear is the maintenance. A friend had a 12c and his faulty dashboard cost $10k to replace, fortunately he bought extended warranty. And he took a bath on the depreciation... Love the 720s looks but it's out of my budget. 650 could be interesting for me as I like the looks better over the 12c (same car underneath almost?) and as mentioned above, concerned about the maintenance of the 12c. The sports series is lovely but at 700k asking prices in the used market, a ferrari or huracan would be a safer buy IMHO. ↡ Advertisement

1fast1 Supersonic June 1, 2019 Share June 1, 2019 (edited) I know its offtopic but just saw that Singapore just had the first McLaren Senna taken delivery with the VRN 78.Yes, it was at McLaren Leng Kee a while back. I have some pictures but won't share them on social media out of respect for the owner's privacy and dealer's reputation. The McLaren GT should still be on display there (at least it was yesterday). I was invited but declined to go to the unveiling at Fullerton. But I did get to sit inside the car yesterday. It's a LHD version, so that might have had something to do with my perception, but I found ingress and egress much more difficult than with both my car and the 720s. The GT also felt more cramped inside the cabin. A GT car is supposed to be more comfortable than an all out supercar, so I have no idea what the selling point will be. They also had a 720 spyder, that's a nice car, very roomy with the top down lol. Edited June 1, 2019 by Turboflat4

I think its the LHD part as we are used to getting in and out from the right hand side of the car. The 720S spyder is very nice! 1fast1 Supersonic July 6, 2019 Share July 6, 2019 What a beautiful car ! is it your phone cam or lighting ? The colour looks dull here LOL. Can''t fault the phone cam. Didn't use flash because I didn't want to interfere with the professional photographer's work. But I'm also a terrible photographer, very impatient and unskilled. The colour also not my favourite. Lime green doesn't suit this car in my opinion. ↡ Advertisement
