This is about 5 cases a week. So every week for the whole of last year, 5 person get sent to the hospital. And how many were caught? I think from those court cases, should not be more than 20., That makes about 200 over PMD rider just scoot off and they were not caught.There are also many near misses, quarrel and move on cases. No meh? ya, they think got app is 仙丹 and PMD issues solved, its basically passing down the problem arising from their wrong approach to Active Mobility in the first place ... shared bikes, PMDs ... And wait for LTA to respond. You are in safe hand with LTA.
