Seems like past bids, most AD clearing guaranteed booking. For NG package, hit rate very high for Hyundai/KMC with their aggressive bids (high profit margin & clear current Elantra stock).

The number of bids for Cat A  keep increasing from 1700+ to 1900+ but price remains stagnant at $25K.

it is a paradigm shift,  dealers' interest is to secure COE  successfully at as low the price  as possible so as to maximise their profits.  During the Uber/LCR time, their interest was to secure COE at all cost so that they have as many car to rent out as possible. After all , they will pass the cost to the hierers.
