it is a paradigm shift,  dealers' interest is to secure COE  successfully at as low the price  as possible so as to maximise their profits.  During the Uber/LCR time, their interest was to secure COE at all cost so that they have as many car to rent out as possible. After all , they will pass the cost to the hierers. 

 

It is an open secret that COE prices are controlled by car distributors.

 

The authorities allow this to happen.

Finally got it on 4th bid NG. Ad revised twice final bid was 28999.

It was close shave, AD revised your bid to only $28999 and coe was closed at $28k, quite risky if any sudden surge. Lol. Anyway, congrats on getting your coe.

Yes very close shave, they revise at very last min 15:59:09. In fact less than 1min. Lol..

ohh, i remembered we bought same period, when COE was 32k. you are so lucky. yours is revised at last min. mine did not revised. and estimated delivery is Oct. today 4th bid also.
