I always wanted to be in the health sector but some people told me not to waste my time. They all said its only for women to do.

But did I listen to them. Hell no.

Now I am a part time chiropractor rubbing young ladies.

To me it's the best job in the world.

Well, it's your decision.

I also always wanted to get into doing something related to the automotive sector. It took me 17 years of working non automotive sector jobs to finally get a foot in.

I also always wanted to be a jav star, but no luck. I too big.

Follow your dreams.

:D

The full quote should be follow your dreams but always have a back up plan.

Or follow your dreams, but not off a cliff.

Just to add on, getting and taking on another job in a different sector is by no means giving up on your dream.

I'm prob not the most qualified person to tell you this but getting your dream job fresh out of school probably isn't going to happen. Because life.

Dreams change.

I'm sure many of us 10-15 years ago had a different idea of how we would turn out, but doesn't mean we are unhappy.

Honestly.. what would be a suitable career for a person who has hearing impairment? Just looking to explore my options since like u mentioned.. backup.

I spent 7 years following my dream so its pretty hard to give up. Plus im still motivated and passionate.

The most accurate quote should be..

Follow your heart, even if it means losing your mind.

'Follow your heart' is on my back! I swear by it. Don't give up @nick2342! All the best.
