There's one SE confidently mentioned that this round COE will go up for both Cat A and B

2 years ago, used to be up 2 times, down 1 time.

 

Now its the other way round, up 1 time, down 2 times.

So I predict a slight drop to $27k+ for Cat A.

Agree...where would the demand for COE come from? Isn't there 10,000+ excess cars in the market?
