2018 Black Friday 23/11 & Aliexpress 11/11

Very unhappy with Banggood. Some stuff i bought, they said it is out of stock. And it was bundled together with some other items. Now i have to cancel, get refund for the whole bundle and re-purchase the in stock items at normal prices than black friday prices.

 

1. If no stock why still let me purchase and checkout.

2. Why bundle together and unable to just refund single item?

3. Because is your fault, i had to pay extra for the stuff i wanted.

 

 

Bad experience.

But this is really cheap, where to buy?

just another china online shop like aliexpress, i believe the seller post their products in almost all of such website and couldn't manage their stock real time. Hence with all these out of stock issue, maybe priority go to the bigger site.

Right now, for customer service, nothing beats Amazon.

They accidentally cancelled an order of mine, and in return, offered me free shipping.

Very responsive and the CSO is empowered to be flexible.

I have liked Amazon all these while until recently.

 

Ordered a textbook from a 3rd party retailer. After I checked out, a few days no news on the shipment, then suddenly I get an email from the retailer asking me to pay additional 20USD to it's paypal account because he claims that the shipping cost was a mistake. It's either I pay up or they cancel the order and refund me.

 

I was furious. I contacted Amazon's CSO to complain, a lady called me on the phone to get the details. The CSO claims that what the 3rd party retailer did was not allowed under Amazon's rules. She will liaise with the retailer.

 

to cut long story short. End up the retailer still cancelled my order and nothing was heard from Amazon with regards to any penalty that the retailer suffered.

 

I would have expected Amazon to have more clout with the retailer and fight for customer's right better. <_<

yah, and one same product so many seller selling.

 

I ordered a spike wrench from aliexpress before 11/11 and the seller was very responsive, after i received it, tested and size correct, I wanted to order a few more to keep, but the seller out of stock liao. 

 

Then I saw another seller selling the same thing but a little more costly, ordered 4 more pcs, and no response for almost a week. 1 day before the order expire, I send a msg asking when they going to ship, and suddenly that after aliexpress send me email say item shipped. 

 

Because this one small item by china post one, I got a big feeling is hong kan liao.  Sld have waited for 1 more day and cancel the order.  <_<  -_-

In normally raise a dispute and AliExpress is responsive

 

Never had any bad experience yet. Happy w Ali

 

 

yah, have been buying from Aliexpress without any issue, so far all quite responsive, until this one.  But mayb is just oversight also since my item is small and low value. Just wait and see, this one is order and keep one, so doesnt really matter also.  [laugh]  [laugh]  [laugh]

Escalate and complain and leave very bad knn feedback

 

Confirm they will reply cos they v scared bad feedback

have to wait for another week see the thing come or not, or mayb they forgot to update after they shipped. Who knows mayb tomorrow I see that damn thing in my mailbox.. [:p]  [laugh]  [laugh]
