Moonroof repair

Hi, 

My 2008 estima moonroof sometimes fail to respond to control button. 

On some days, the moonroof does not respond to both rear and front button.

On some other days, the moonroof will suddenly become responsive to both rear & front buttons again.

i suspect it may be loosen control/power wire connection, but am unsure. 

Is there anyone here with some experience to share or any recommendation on workshop which is good in such trouble shooting moonroof?
