Lala81 Hypersonic December 10, 2018 Share December 10, 2018 Actually. cleaning and prepping a duck is significantly more laborious than prepping say a chicken. The time u take to prep one duck for braising is quite a lot more compared to say just normal pork or chicken. I wonder if the hawkers take the effort for their usual duck (granted i'm not sure if roasting and braising require the same effort to be taken).
