Lala81 Hypersonic December 17, 2018 Share December 17, 2018 Ya,my concern with outside food is how they prep the food rather than the amount of calories. I have seen how the food prep cut the vegetables straight from the plastic bag and fry them. Totally skipping the washing. i don't really bother to eat veggies outside... Definitely not really from cai peng stall. yeah they don't bother to wash with the quantities they have. Even just cleaning a fish cavity takes a significant amount of water. ↡ Advertisement
DACH Supersonic December 17, 2018 Share December 17, 2018 The difference is when the death date is. Eat with healthy choices and in moderation with exercise is the key. Whichever date it is, just enjoy whatever you can eat. Live without eating with guilt makes full use of the living days. Following your logic, why not say don't eat? Since eat more or less also will die one day. Then you have wasted your life away without enjoying all the good food.

inlinesix Supersonic December 17, 2018 Share December 17, 2018 home cook food confirm better then outside food ba. we assume both use same raw material. most outside cai png dun wash their veg, at least we wash till clean clean at home. we own self put less sugar and salt . we see bad raw material, abit not good liao, we will throw, outside stall, maybe just mix abit cook and sell. Most of the times, i avoid cai png unless no choice. If pesticide are not non-surface contact based, no matter how clean you wash also no use. The intake is much more when I gobble down a quick meal.

Unless have maid or homemaker wife or parents to cook meals at home especially on weekdays, mixed rice is the only option.
