For road tax and insurance, which cc u use to get rewards?

i just charge my personal insurance (not car insurance) thru DBS credit card. DBS told me (I think last year onwards), they no longer give  DBS Points for any insurance payment. really WTF....

 

Now have to check with other banks that offer credit card points.
