I only watch adult educational videos and so far

 

no one have complained I infringed on their copyright.

 

If they did I will be most happy to pay the licence fee

Same here. Make no diff to me. I don't even have a TV at home.   

 

I can see why this has to be done cos violation of intellectual property is quite a problem here...especially when Singapore is one of the IP hub.

 

I have 55" TV at home.  Not watching any free-to-air or starhub/singtel.

 

There are ways to watch Korean/HK/Jap/PRC/American drama online

They can try to block here and there, but in reality, 1 blocked, few more will appear. Never ending story.

They should just embrace this technology and lower down their subscription rates instead of banning them altogether but it will mean that their 'godsons' will lose but heck the actual losers are actually us, the subscribers....

Actually TVs are becoming obsolete. Who actually watch shows on TV? Even TV salesmen are saying so.

I have stopped watching TVs since about 10 years ago.
