So why continue to let these problems makers stay to continue the mistakes for tomorrow's problems? There’s no perfect govt in the world and even the most careful one can make mistakes.However if such mishaps and complacencies keep happening like what is happening like other govts in the world, then why should we be wasting the taxpayers money to overpay them millions every year? The money can be better used to enhance and maintain our IT security systems instead. This is not the first time leaks of medical records happened. Why waste money paying for complacencies when it can be better used to provide a more realistic approach to solve problems by using that money to enhance the system?
