Roberttan 5th Gear February 9, 2019 Share February 9, 2019 why go with RFT ? u go Malaysia often ? I find the premium and the handling is affected car Manufacturers designed RFT = run flat tire = better Safety in case of Sudden tire punctured (it happened very Rare to us) and in the event of tire punctured drivers can still continue he or HER journey without having to stuck in the middel of the road (especially express way and Worst with Passengersssss.and also changing to spare tire. to me i will stick to Runflat tire and especially for Female Driver or Senior PG card holders. nothing is Equal to me , you pay for what you get . Happy Journey
Chucky2007 Turbocharged February 10, 2019 Share February 10, 2019 LOL! This tire is probably gonna be a joke compared to Michelin. Look at how curved the sidewall is. It's gonna be super soft when you corner. f**k Goodyear! American trash! You sounds like hating Goodyear tyres a lot
Theoldjaffa Hypersonic February 10, 2019 Share February 10, 2019 You sounds like hating Goodyear tyres a lot 𤣠But the curved sidewall is part of the design as Rim protector (when the Tyre model actually comes with a rim protector). My previous Tyre is a Michelin Latitude Sports3 235/55-18 which doesnât have rum protector and looks slightly (looks slightly only) straighter than the F1A3. Current F1A3 235/50-18 looks slightly rounder (has a rim protector which is curb rash saver) but actually not much floating in terms of handling. My car canât try PS4 as it doesnât have a 50-55 profile. Comparing the Michelin and Goodyear.. actually the Goodyear F1A3 offers better cornering grip than the Michelin and the rest like noise, and comfort are roughly the same. Not sure why you hate it so much but my view is itâs acrually quite a good Tyre. Next Tyre Iâm highly gonna use the new F1A5. Or Michelin Latitude Sports 4 (if there is one).. Super ðð» Iâm sure you will be high when the VR rims are mounted onto your car 𤣠Is the new VR same 18x8 profile? Whatâs the weight? I'm going staggered bro. Aiming to flush with fenders. Front 18x8.5J ET35, Face 2, 235/40 Rear 18x9.5J ET45, Face 3, 265/35 Also buying the VR Floating lug nuts and wheel caps. Weight I dunno, should be low to mid 8s. Will weigh when the time comes.
