might be charge again when they are finish with Taiwan jail time

 

I remember that they change the law , which means that if you commit certain crimes overseas, you be liable for prosecution when you come back Singapore

This can only happen when one committed a serioius offence here and then escape to another country. Then he commit another offence there and get arrested. He will be charged in that country and after serving his sentence, he will be deported to his original country.

 

Then, he will be charged for the offence committed here.

 

For this couple, they did not commit any offence here but in Taiwan. So rightly, they only get charge in Taiwan and SG have nothing against them.

Terrible! Heartless! How could they murder their own baby. Don't want just put her up for adoption. Many childless couples in Singapore would love to have her.

 

Maybe they are confused and too young now to think. But 23, 24 not really young already. Still can fly all the way to foreign land to do such thing. Next time they sure regret.
