The complex in downtown Bangkok includes a hotel and an office tower. Photos and videos on social media show thick plumes of smoke rising from the building. Hundreds of people were evacuated. Thai police said one person was killed and five others were injured, but the number of casualties could be higher. Bangkok governor Aswin Kwanmuang was quoted by local media saying that three people died in the incident. Seven were injured. I went to the rooftop bar. Quite an experience. nice . nearer to Lumpini park then Intercon. At times i jog to the Lumpini park in the morning. Thais are gentle folks, hope all is well. Can take the MRT up to Somboon at Ratchada. T21 is nice, I like it. Food court is nice too and a lot of eateries. Got Tim Ho Wan too...haha. And the famous dessert shop After you. Meanmachine 6th Gear April 11, 2019 Share April 11, 2019 Stayed at Centana twice, one of the good hotel in BKK, usually go to offer prayers to Erawan ( Four faced Buddha ), room were spacious and attached bathroom view within Once our check-in were quite late, the reception offer us free dinner at one of the restaurant and we were quite hungry going out for dinner too, it was a nice gesture from the front office manager, we spent the time shopping eating and watching movie at the Mall.
