Help on Huawei Nova i30

i got problem with my nova i30

 

tried updating the security update on my hp. halfway hp says failed, i'm forced to recover, or do factory reset (clear all data)

 

I tried to recover, but not successful.

 

Next option is to do factory reset.  

 

I got alot of data and photos that i need.  

 

Anyone can help or recommend someone i can go to?

Can it be detected when u plug the USB cable into pc? At least copy out your photo first

The best is to bring the phone down to the service center to seek help from the professional. They might have other ways to overcome the situation. You experience this because your phone bat is low, or you perform the updates over USB?

 

BTW, the model should be Nova 3i, as I don't remember Huawei have any dealing with Hyundai (i30).
