It is not as if last time not such issue, it is just that cameras and video recorders are so common that 人有一机these days，with the help of social media, bad things get leaked out very easily. Not saying she is right but I am saying the wrong get exposed easily.

It could be front line emergency personnel face stressful situation on a daily basis. These ppl are humans after all. What they are doing may be a psychological way to de-stress. I mean look at all the negative news coming from scdf. Why not the police, airforce, army or the navy?
