Need customised heat shield

I've installed a cone filter in my ride and find that I need a customised alu heat shield to insulate the filter from the hot air in the engine bay...any idea of any workshops that can customise a heat shield?

I think its just a wristband 'protecting' the front brake reservoir.

Easier and cheaper way, go Auto-B-a-c-s or MC-We11 to buy the ~35 bucks fiber lor...
