Seansene 1st Gear September 28, 2004 Share September 28, 2004 Suzuki has revealed the first pictures of the new Swift Super 1600 car which will replace the existing Ignis car in the Junior World Rally Championship. The car is set to be unveiled at next week's Paris Motor Show. It had previously been thought that the Swift hatchback could form the basis of a step-up to the full World Rally Championship that the Japanese marque is considering for the future, but that is now believed likely to be with a different model of car. The Swift road car has been designed for the European market and is based on the Concept S vehicle, which was unveiled at the Paris Motorshow in 2002. ↡ Advertisement
