was thinking of getting one of this too...

this will help for DIY polish and waxing...

 

did u come across one that use the car battery... ie u need to start your engine and draw power from the "lighter socket" in the car...

dun waste time wif those lighter socket polishers. the power is too weak and the motor packs up easily. u can get those bosch cordless drill and change to a buffer pad. but frankly, it's not as easy as it looks and DIY by hand may be quicker.

thanks, was thinking of getting it...

saw the bosch cordless drill @ homefix... but cant find the polishing one....

had juz got the turtlewax swirl remover... had test it on a small portion of my ride.. it leave a very smooth feel... but it is more siong than waxing....

 

so i think a buffing machine will be handy...

diy buffering or waxing is as easy as it seem if u over do it u may 'burn' yr paintjob
