Xiaogary Neutral Newbie October 26, 2005 Share October 26, 2005 (edited) Yes. I did the box myself, got the MDF woods from jalan besar for 20+ bucks. And the cloth cost $39.95 for 190cm X 100cm. The orange fire like furs is already on the cloth when I bought it. I where got so free pluck in one by one. At first wanted to let ICE shop do the box, but after considering the workmanship, I decieded to diy. The edges are straight and flat and siliconed ar tight unlike those from ICE shop anyhow cut and nailed together, lao hong (leak air) type. Plus cost price is cheap. Grill kana chopped, $20 from ICE shop. So total damage for the box is only $79.95. If include the speaker black and red extension connector at the back is $81.95. I also diyed the rear speaker board, bcos ICE shop dont do the hinges which the board pivots and rotates when the boot door is opened which require very precise measurement and labour. the material only cost me $10+ for the wood for the board and the MDF rings for the speakers and $20 for the leather.
