Nope, I notice it when I collected my ride way back in 2002 [:(] ...

Ask JTA why [:(] ...

They can't answer me and they say it's normal [:/] ...

So, I guess it's normal then [:|] ...

I got all mine job done with Servo.

Been a learning experience for me.

Sach Performance set is a value for money setup .... a good starter kit. At least it is not a mix'n'match setup.

Pros and Cons....for each setup.

One of the front damper from my Sachs kit gave way after 1 year plus, but manage to change it under waranty.

Have to give thumbsup.gif for Sachs and Servo for getting the item changed.

Some swear by Konis, some swear by KWs. Others prefered Bilstein or Sachs..... so it's subjective.

However, my preference is Bilstein B8 match with Eibach pro springs.

BTW, if your ride is Octy or Tody, stay away from Neuspeed springs. They are more suitable for Golf and Bora. The load rating for the rear is VERY different !

However, Neuspeed rear anti roll bar is VERY VERY nice to have if you are into tracking !

[sweatdrop] Ok... Something new again... [thumbsup] But since I'll be getting the Sachs set, I'd be getting Sachs spring too rite? [confused] If not, I'll be screwed... [:p][:p][:p]

Just had a hard time using Sach shock absorbers...replaced 3 times within a period of 3 months...

First time the rear shock absorbers got squeeking sound after replacement, second time replacements become bouncy laugh.gif and finally replaced a third time, it solved all problems sweatdrop.gif Initially thought its the compatibility of Sach absorber with my stock Octy spring... Dennis says should matched... and now on Eibach lowered spring.

I would say it works well with compromise between comfort, handling and cosmetics thumbsup.gif But I doubt the Sach can last after 1-2 yrs unsure.gif Yup Bilstein should be a better choice after hearing all the good stuff.

Another thing to add on to what Mel already mentioned... I'm on the B8/Eibach Pro setup he mentioned... and coupled with low profile tyres... it's still a pain in the ar*e ...

Know what you want, comfort, looks or handling, etc.

Yeah .... know what you want.

You have to compromise on something.

ANOTHER important fact is the choice and profile of the tyre.

Certain type of tyre will add in additional "cushion" for your comfort.

I inlove.gif P-Zero Russo ......

Well, just to share with you guys... [;)] ...

I manage to get PSS 9 on my ride and found myself taking every corner seriously cause the handling and grappy feeling is GREAT [thumbsup] ... And tyre also have to be in consideration too [:/] ...

However, after changing to stock, I feel more comfort without much lost of handling feel. But I feel very sleepy on my ride now as it's really comfortable [:|] ...
